All items from Babylon Survivor are produced on demand, with each item crafted only after the order is placed. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and may vary based on factors like location and production schedules.

  • Domestic Shipping: Expected delivery within 7-14 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery may take 14-30 business days, depending on your location.
  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Babylon Survivor is not liable for these charges.

2. Return & Refund Policy

As all Babylon Survivor's products are custom-made to order, returns and refunds are only accepted in the event of defects or incorrect orders.

  • Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please include photographs for verification.
  • No Exchanges: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or accept returns for reasons such as incorrect size or change of mind.
