Refund policy

We want you to love what you get from Babylon Survivor. Because we sell two kinds of products, there are two sets of rules: one for apparel and one for gear.

1. Apparel (clothing, hats, bags, footwear and other printed items)

Every apparel item is printed and made to order especially for you, after you place your order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

2. Gear (Urban Survival Gear, such as the Survivor AI Recorder)

Gear is not made to order, so you can return it within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

• the item is unused and in the same condition you received it;
• it is in its original packaging, with all accessories and parts included;
• you contact us first to get return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of shipping the item back is paid by the customer. Once we receive and check the item, we will refund the price of the product.

3. Damaged, defective or wrong items (all products)

If any item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. Once we verify the issue, we will send you a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay anything for shipping.

4. How to start a return

Email us at info@babylonsurvivor.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the next steps.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need a few extra days to post it.

6. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country. Where the law in your country gives you more rights, those rights apply.
