You can pay securely with all major credit and debit cards, and also with Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All the available options are shown at checkout, and every payment is encrypted and processed securely.

Every item is made especially for you, and production usually starts soon after you order. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@babylonsurvivor.com with your order number, and we will do our best to help. Once production has started, we may not be able to change the order.

If you found a design you love but want it on a different product or in a different color, click the "Chat" button at the bottom right of the website and tell us what you would like. We will do our best to make it happen.

We ship worldwide, including the USA, Israel, Europe, Canada and Australia. Shipping is free on our clothing and hats. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Every item is made only after you place your order, and then it is shipped to you. Estimated delivery times:

• USA: 7–14 business days
• Other countries: 14–30 business days, depending on your location

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you did not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Orders sent outside the USA may be charged customs fees, taxes or import duties, depending on your country. These charges are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices.

Different products are made by different production partners, so items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages and arrive a few days apart. If the rest of your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us and we will check it for you.

All our products are made especially for you after you order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. This does not affect any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

Contact us at support@babylonsurvivor.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the problem. After we check the issue, we will send you a free replacement or a full refund.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need a few more days to show it. You can read the full refund policy.

Each product page has its own size guide. Please check it before ordering, because sizes are different from product to product. Our oversized shirts are designed to be loose, so choose your usual size for a relaxed fit. Customers from Europe may find that our sizes are one size bigger, so they should consider ordering one size smaller.

We choose high-quality products that feel good, look good and last for years. The materials are different for each product, and you can find the exact fabric, weight and fit of every item under "Details" on its product page.

To keep the print looking good for longer, turn the item inside out and wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not use bleach, and hang it to dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer. Do not iron directly on the print. If an item has special care instructions, you will find them on its product page.
