1. Shipping Policy
Our supplements are produced in small batches and shipped directly to you once your order is placed. Shipping times may vary based on demand and location.
- Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.
- International Shipping: Shipping to international destinations may take up to 30 business days. Any customs or import duties that apply are the customer’s responsibility.
2. Return & Refund Policy
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement products. Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your supplement order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, along with photographs of the issue.
- Refunds: Refunds are only issued for unopened products returned within 14 days or for defective items.
