Made-to-Order Art
1. Shipping Policy
All art pieces except the Mezuzahs are made to order and take time to create and ship. Estimated creation time and delivery will be communicated during the ordering process. Shipping times vary based on location and production time.
- Domestic Shipping: Average delivery time is 10-21 business days after production.
- International Shipping: Delivery may take up to 30 business days, depending on the destination country.
- Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, and fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
2. Return & Refund Policy
All made-to-order art pieces are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases of damage during shipping or if the incorrect item is delivered.
- Damaged Items: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if it arrives damaged, and include photos for verification.
- Refunds/Exchanges: We only offer refunds or exchanges for defective or incorrect orders. Custom orders are non-refundable.
3. Intellectual Property
All artwork is original and created by Idan Shahri, the CEO of Babylon Survivor. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any artwork without written permission is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
4. Disclaimer
The nature of made-to-order artwork means that slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur, making each piece unique. We are not responsible for buyer expectations beyond the representations shown in product images or descriptions.
