All apparel and decor items from Babylon Survivor are produced on demand, with each item crafted only after the order is placed. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and may vary based on factors like location and production schedules.

  • Domestic Shipping: Expected delivery within 7-14 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery may take 14-30 business days, depending on your location.
  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Babylon Survivor is not liable for these charges.

2. Return & Refund Policy

As all Babylon Survivor apparel and decor products are custom-made to order, returns and refunds are only accepted in the event of defects or incorrect orders.

  • Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please include photographs for verification.
  • No Exchanges: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or accept returns for reasons such as incorrect size or change of mind.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued only if the item is deemed defective or incorrect. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and artwork displayed on Babylon Survivor products are proprietary and exclusive to Babylon Survivor. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or usage of these designs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Babylon Survivor uses third-party fulfillment partners to produce and ship our products. While we oversee quality control, unforeseen delays or issues caused by our production partners are out of our direct control. Any such issues will be addressed promptly, but Babylon Survivor is not liable for delays beyond the estimated delivery window.

 

Made-to-Order Art

1. Shipping Policy

All art pieces except the Mezuzahs are made to order and take time to create and ship. Estimated creation time and delivery will be communicated during the ordering process. Shipping times vary based on location and production time.

  • Domestic Shipping: Average delivery time is 10-21 business days after production.
  • International Shipping: Delivery may take up to 30 business days, depending on the destination country.
  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, and fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

2. Return & Refund Policy

All made-to-order art pieces are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases of damage during shipping or if the incorrect item is delivered.

  • Damaged Items: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if it arrives damaged, and include photos for verification.
